Airplane cabins – visualization with dynamic renderings
Flying is the only thing that beats it
A lot of money can be made with airplanes, but only when they’re flying, not when they’re just sitting on the ground. That’s why it wouldn’t be a good idea to “ground” an airplane to check the design of the seats or the color effect of the new corporate design. Physical mock-ups are therefore the best choice for developing and testing new interiors. Almost as good but created in much shorter periods of time and at much lower costs are our photorealistic renderings, animations and lighting simulations. We set up the cabin in accordance with your exact LOPA specifications. You receive dynamic renderings from us. Would you like to know how the interior looks at night or in the bright light of day? You’re not sure how the color and trim concept of the new seats harmonize with the cabin mood lighting? No problem! The virtual cabins we configure have their own illumination systems, just like the originals. The flooring, seat covers, etc. are made from the original material and mapped onto the data model which ensures accuracy. The illumination situations can be controlled using regulators. All that you or your customer need is a laptop or even an iPad!
The warm white color scheme is perceived as neutral. It is not as bright as daylight and has a calming effect. Warm white colors make most meals and drinks appear more appetizing than those in cold light. Red and yellow tones seem stronger, green and blue tones weaker.
Darkened blue-violet light is often used as a basic night lighting scheme. It can have significant influence on the corporate design colors, however. With dynamic renderings, you can reliably predict color impacts.
Light green to yellow green has a vitalizing effect and is therefore the right color scheme for the pre-landing phase. However, many colors appear pale in this lighting. The color simulation ensures clarity long before the beginning of production.
