Hobby Premium now also honored with the Caravaning Design Award.

STUDIOSYN designed the exterior of the Premium for the Hobby brand back in 2010. The flagship of the Hobby camper fleet has now been honored with the “Caravaning Design Award: Honorable Mention”

In its formal characteristics, the Premium is automotive through and through. The new face of the brand reinterprets the formal tradition of the Hobby vehicles. Thanks to a sophisticated technical concept, the design was implemented without compromise. Automobile plasticity, intelligent shape transitions, the integration of windows, maneuvering handles and lights define the aesthetic of the Premium. The window belt was created from a technical point of view for the first time in this vehicle and demonstrates the high quality standard of the Premium.



The light concept:
The design has set new standards here. The vehicle is equipped with six specially-developed flush-mounted integrated lights. The large multi-function lights in the stern feature state-of-the-art LED technology. The night design, often underestimated, plays a key role in this draft and is the design feature which characterizes the brand.

This computer animation (2:14 min) was produced for the vehicle premiere at the in-house exhibition in the spring of 2010.
This computer animation (0:10 min) was ordered for transmission in a TV advertisement for Hobby.
