Relaunch of a legend
The Projekt Hobby 600
Can you transport the Hobby 600 into our time? How would the Hobby 600 look today? It should have the same qualities that made it so unique back then. The 600 is extravagant, emotional, yacht-like, in short: simply unique. You either love it or hate it. The new Hobby 600 is exactly in line with this tradition and will create polarizing opinions.
The van has kept its vaulted side wall. This lends it elegance and lightness. The new multi-functional lights and the high-set flush-mounted integrated position lights from the Hobby Premium are used for the first time in a campervan and give this vehicle a state-of-the-art automotive character. The design of the roof uses elements typically found in yachts. The railing and dark retracted roof edge which merge into a spoiler typical for the Hobby are very unusual for a motorhome and give the vehicle its special 600 look.
Cult:
The first model generation was presented in 1984 at the Caravan-Salon in Essen and hit the nerve of the times. The vehicle had a GRP roof and a vaulted side wall which made the elegant, yacht-like design possible. A group of fans quickly grew which keeps the cult around this vehicle alive today. In the meantime, the 600 has become a part of the brand image of Hobby.
