The new multi-functional light for the HOBBY Premium

This multi-functional light was developed with the highest technical and aesthetic standards. The task was to implement the light as an integrated component of a modern automotive campervan stern. State-of-the-art LED technology makes a night design on an automotive level with a high recognition value possible for the first time in the campervan industry. In close collaboration with HOBBY and HELLA, technical solutions were developed for a consistent realization of this design. The entire project was supervised by STUDIOSYN (Klüber-Design back then) over a period of 18 months, when it was ready for series production.
Integrating the maneuvering handle was successful for the first time with this multi-function stern light. A particular challenge were the very large forces which could be introduced to the system via the grip. However, this solution enabled a consistent automotive design of the entire vehicle stern.
